SQM research prides itself on providing a safe and secure online environment for ordering and purchasing Home Discount Reports and researching your real estate information needs. All Home Discount Report orders placed online using our online order form are covered by SSL security technology to protect your details. Your payment details, including credit card information, are entered directly into Paypal’s secure online credit card payment system. This way details are passed through as few online "hands" as possible. As such, usable credit card details are not stored at SQM research. Details which do not relate to payment that are collected by SQM Research as part of the order process are only used for internal purposes and not released to third parties without the express permission of the provider.
The Home Discount Report itself contains information on home prices gathered from publicly available sources such as the state-based Valuers-General, public auctions and online real estate advertising.

The SQM Research Home Discounts Report lists details on those properties currently advertised online, that have been listed on the market for 60 days or more.
The report will help you in your real estate negotiations and understanding on how the market is currently trading in any postcode in the country. Key features include:
- Date property was first advertised and initial asking price
- Date of any subsequent change to the asking price and what the adjusted asking price was
- A link back to the current listed advertisement of the property
- Before this current marketing campaign, the last sold price and date sold of the property (no sales history for WA and only agent reported sales history for VIC)
- Descriptive detail including property type, number of bedrooms, land size(houses only), car spaces and photo.
